Return Policy

Dataspace Security Private Limited(“we”, “our”, “us”) is a cybersecurity consulting and technology provider specializing in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Managed Security Operations (SOC 24x7), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and SaaS security platforms.

Because our business provides digital deliverables, professional advisory services, and online platform access, we do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical goods. Consequently, physical returns do not apply to our business offerings.

While physical returns are not applicable, we maintain a 15-day refund and exchange policy for eligible service orders and transactions:

• Service Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation requests made within 15 days of order placement will be evaluated per our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 15 days.
• Product / Deliverable Discrepancies: If a service deliverable or subscription feature does not meet agreed specifications, clients must notify our customer service team within 15 days of receipt for resolution or service adjustment.
